UX Design is an act of service.

Hello! I’m Lily. I’m a UX Designer who finds creative solutions for users by methodically diagnosing problems, dreaming big, and creating delightful, logical experiences. Much like Mondrian, I believes in the power of simple complexity, and that great user experience design is, first and foremost, an act of service.

I received my certification in UX Design from Springboard Academy and hold a Bachelor of Arts in English and Visual Arts from Rice University.

For me, UX design lies at the convergence of my three paths: journalist, hospitality veteran, and designer. As a journalist, I researched human behavior, asked questions, and reported on human stories. As a hospitality veteran, I focused on user needs and user-centric experiences as a hospitality veteran. As a designer, I learned how to boil abstract concepts down to make them easy to digest.

When I’m not finding and solving UX problems, you can find me singing my heart out at a karaoke bar.
